MATRIX Consulting Group provides technical assistance to Brownfields Tribal Response Programs (TRPs). Examples of TRP support includes Phase I and Phase II Site Assessments, Quality Assurance Program Plans, Field Sampling Plans, Health and Safety Plans, Work Plans/Cleanup Plans.  MATRIX has assisted programs in development of a Brownfields Program Handbook of Policies and Procedures and other TRP program elements to help in program development/in-house capacity building.

MATRIX personnel provides training for capacity building to Tribal personnel on conducting environmental assessments/environmental reviews, grant writing and code review/development for enforcement issues.  Several tribes have been successful in implementing their programs and seeing a Brownfields Site from a Phase I Assessment through to Cleanup.
